Story 📖

Saffyre is a girl that is hard to forget. Beautiful, complicated and troubled. Saffyre suffers a trauma at 10 years old that leads her cousin and guardian, to take her to see psychologist Roan.

Roan is married to Cate and has two children Georgia and Josh. On the surface it looks like they have the perfect life. Roan is hiding a secret or two.

Owen (a teacher) has been suspended from his job for allegedly sexually assaulting two teenage girls. Owen a 33 year old loner is viewed by all those around him as a strange loner.

All of these lives are not so connected in Hampstead until Saffyre goes missing…

Summary 📖

This was a book that I read through quickly as I wanted to see what happened. Interesting group of characters and the author did a really great job of giving the story from multiple perspectives.

Definitely a page turner.

Suggestion 📖

I never used to be into these thriller types but I’m certainly enjoying them more now and this story kept me reeled in until the end.
